  • Helping people walk, run, and live better, more healthfully, more gently, more efficiently, more safely, and more gracefully!
  • Relax, Relax, Relax!
  • Have FUN!
We would rather encourage a few billion people to get off the sofa a few times a week for a half-hour barefoot walk, than to make a big deal about a few people pushing themselves in extreme activities. (But it is fun to also hear about great achievements too).

Webmaster and founder of the Original Running Barefoot website (1997-present) -, President Los Angeles Chapter of The Barefoot Runners Society (2010-present), Co-author; Barefoot Running Step by Step (2011), Barefoot Running Guru (1997-present), completed more than 400 races barefoot (as of 2012), including 79 marathons (26.2 miles each), and one ultra-marathon (50 kilometers+)
