Sole Pictures after First Month of BFR

The picture makes them look painful... they're not.

Those spots in the middle of the outer side of the feet look odd.

They should be more in front, guess you'll need to work on form.

Yeah, I've been thinking that too but I have no idea what I need to do to correct that. I'm hoping to get some pointers tomorrow when I meet for the first time with some of the Iowa Chapter members.

this would be a great post on the forums. I am only a little over 2 weeks in, but I was a little troubled by the very small blisters on my feet. i'm not talented enough w/ my phone/camera to get a picture of my feet, but I should make the time. it would be an interesting addition to my blog.

good luck w/ the transition! s/s.

Thanks... yes I thought so too. I tried just bending my foot up towards me to take a picture and then tried putting a mirror on the floor up against the wall and taking a picture that way too. I finally gave in and asked my wife for help.

I originally posted this to my blog so that I could link to the picture in the forum which doesn't allow uploading. I posted under the same subject in there.

Good to hear you're getting started. I know I read a lot in here that the blisters tend to be from TMTS. I get them on my toes still but they're never painful and tend to end up taking care of themselves.

Good luck with your BFR'ing!
